Reese Witherspoon Announces First Novel Co-Written with Harlan Coben

Big news in the world of books! Reese Witherspoon, the Oscar-winning actress and founder of Reese’s Book Club, has teamed up with bestselling thriller author Harlan Coben to write her first novel. The project, which has been in the works for months, is set to hit shelves in fall 2025, according to publisher Penguin Random House. While the title is still under wraps, the novel promises to be an exciting thriller based on an original idea from Witherspoon herself.

This marks Witherspoon’s first foray into fiction for adults, though she’s previously penned the lifestyle book Whiskey in a Teacup and a series of children’s books, Busy Betty. Coben, on the other hand, is a seasoned thriller writer with over 30 novels under his belt, published in 46 languages and topping bestseller lists around the globe.
