Josh, his assistant barista, is madly in love with a gorgeous actor, and it isn’t bringing out his best side. James is losing patience with him. Something has to give.
Bea, James’s friend and baker extraordinaire, thinks she knows what’s really going on, and isn’t afraid to say so, but will anyone listen?
Fabian Black writes gay themed fiction with a D/s twist.
Fabian Black
I write cosy, and classy, gay romance fiction at the lighter end of the BDSM spectrum. My stories feature elements of control, domination and submission, but within a domestic setting rather than a classic ‘dungeon’ setting. The interaction between Dom and sub and the potential for discipline provide the erotic undercurrent to my stories, which also tend to have a strong emotional core interlaced with lots of humour.
There’s an assumption that ‘kink’ or ‘fetish’ fiction is, at best, just soft porn and purely about sex, but that isn’t always the case. I like to think my stories show there’s more to this genre than people give it credit for.
For the record, I’m a female author. I’m a keen advocate of GLBT rights and gay marriage.
I also write under the name of Tarn Swan and have written stories under the name of Cat – especially the irreverent Jack and Danny Chronicles, a blend of comedy and SM known as ‘Bratfic.’
