MAGIC
Regina O’Malley is a college student who’s just discovered she’s magic. Today is the first day of her internship at a prominent brokerage house at the World Trade Center, and she’s late. She doesn’t know disaster is right around the corner.
LOVE
Gregor Vasiliev is a financial advisor at the World Trade Center. This shapeshifter hates the office coffee, and while on a donut run he gazes out the window of his favorite coffee shop. There in the street stands the lifemate he’s been searching for. If he doesn’t act now, he’ll lose her forever.
IT’S SEPTEMBER 11, 2001.
“I would have never thought I would like a love story based on the September 11, 2001, but I was wrong. Regina and Gregor’s story was heartfelt and compassionate with a zing of magic and the paranormal. When Love Survives is a wonderfully written love story of two hearts finding each other on a day when terror ruled.” -Joyfully Reviewed
“How difficult is it to take of the the most desvasting events in our countries history and create a tale filled with compassion, hope and love? Author Susan Hanniford Crowley delivers on all counts reminding her readers how even in life’s most horrific moments love and honor can triumph evil in this page turner of a story.”
“I immediately became attached to the stories cast of characters, both the Nat’s. (supernatural’s) and the humans who all come together to help as best they can on the day of the attack, but, I especially loved Regina, the half-elf heroine who realizes on the morning of September 11th she can hear the cries of the survivors and the dying calling to her in her head and goes to help at the attack site despite knowing her presense there could well drain her of her life source. Gregor, the protective, shapeshifting hero is a perfect match to Regina’s vunerability as he tries to help the victims of the tragedy and keep the woman he realizes is his life-mate safe. The sexy and very hot love story between Regina and Grego takes nothing away from the emotional laden core of this story. This is a don’t miss read in my opinion for a wonderfuly talented writer.” – 5/5 Bobbi Lerman
