A Coffee For Two by Renée Gendron
Neither wanted the blind date, but it turned out magical.
Arianna was finishing her work day when her office friend, Megan, aka the Matchmaker, presented her with a perfect blind date. Uncertain, Arianna arrives at the coffee shop to meet the mystery man and gives him two minutes to show up, then decides to leave.
Jonathan enters the coffee shop, and a woman bumps into him, spilling coffee over his shirt. A quick apology from her, and she realises she’s his date. Ouch. She feels embarrassed and apologetic. She couldn’t even give him five minutes’ grace.
She buys him a coffee to make up for his coffee-stained shirt, and they hit it off. She’s funny, he’s interesting, and the date is going well until members of the Mish Mash Historical Society take over the coffee shop, and their evening turns into something amazing.
A Coffee for Two is a sweet, blind date romcom featuring witty characters dropped into a hilarious situation.
The author uses British spelling.
