Reviews for Beyond the Vision of Dreams
"When I read the excerpts of Beyond The Vision Of Dreams I just had to have it! I love shifters, but this is the first time I’ve ever heard of snake shifters. Stella and Audra Price have done a spectacular job in bringing these shifters to life and in turn making me fall head-over-heels in love with Remy. Although I have always loved snakes, these two women have done such a wonderful job with these shifters that even those that don’t like snakes will love this story and these characters as well. Beyond The Vision Of Dreams is a tender love story of two people meant to be together and their journey of discovery in learning each other. The blending of love and eroticism is wonderful, so well done that it had me badly wanting that perfect passionate love that Remy and Chrissy share. I totally loved this story from beginning to end and I can’t wait to read everything that this fantastic literary team writes!!" - Lyonene, Joyfully reviewed
"Stella Price and Audra Price have created an interesting new take on the Shapeshifter genre. Remy Crane is not your typical hero. He has tattoos and body piercings. He is a gentle man running a recording studio. Chrissy is pierced as well. She is an orphan looking for a home. I found the interaction between Remy and Chrissy fast paced and sparkling. Their passion is undeniable and has a faint BDSM feel. In a genre full of werewolves and were-cats the idea of were-snakes is refreshing. The authors created a rich story that I thoroughly enjoyed. I truly recommend Beyond the Vision of Dreams." - 4 lips, Tara Rene, two lips reviews
"Beyond the Visions of Dreams is an interesting story about a unique couple. Stella and Audra Price’s invention of the were-snakes, used in this story, gives an otherwise regular love story a magical and interesting edge. Beyond the Visions of Dreams not only has very hot sex scenes and emotions but also is well written and quite easy to read. I enjoyed following Remy and Chrissy as they build their relationship and lives together. I found Beyond the Visions of Dreams to be a wonderful short story that kept me entertained from beginning to end." - 4 Angels, Lisa, Fallen Angels Reviews

An Interview with Stella and Audra Price
By Holly Hewson for The Romance StudioHH: Stella and Audra, thank you so much for talking with us at TRS. Please tell us about your featured book, Beyond the Vision of Dreams. S&A: Beyond the Vision of Dreams is the first in our Knossos West Weresnake series. It’s about a were-python named Remy Crane who is dreaming very erotic dreams about a woman he doesn’t know. He wakes up one morning to find her in the foyer of the weresnake compound, and is extremely surprised. Neither Chrissy, the female, or Remy can deny their attraction to each other, and set off on a erotic journey towards a very sexy happily ever after.
HH: Your tale is one of a hero and his heroine who are very unique creatures. <g> Where did you get the idea for their story? S&A: Audra and I were seriously tired of werewolves being the were-staple in romance. Snakes are sexy and are used in the sexual rites and traditions in almost every religion on Earth. Knowing this, we decided to show the world just how sexy scales can be.
HH: What do you like best about Remy? S&A: His heart. He’s a romantic and so ready to have love in his life its painful. The way he woo’s Chrissy is something that any woman would love. He’s both tender and sweet and wild and naughty. Perfect guy.
HH: What can you tell us about the other two books in this series -- Surrender in Moonlight and A Gift of Daybreak? S&A: Each book is about another of Remy’s cousins. Surrender in Moonlight about his youngest cousin Reece, and the naughty little viper thief that catches his heart, and A Gift of Daybreak is about his oldest cousin, Andrew, and his special desert flower Fajer that he found in the most unlikely place. Before the end of the summer, both should be out.
HH: How did you get your start as writers? S&A: We are sisters, and we live across an ocean from each other, so it was one of the best ways for us to spend time together. So we just started writing, and the short stories morphed into novels.
HH: Have you always been a writing team? S&A: Yes. We both wrote things on our own, but nothing really took off till we started writing together.
HH: What can you tell us about making the first sale? S&A: It was interesting. Actually the publisher that first contracted us didn’t really like the book they contracted (odd I know) and we didn’t do much there, it was returned to us soon after. Actually, our second sale was a fantastic one. Phaze bought the first in our Duvall Inc. series and we found a real home for our work there.
HH: What goals have you set for yourselves at this point in your career? S&A: We would like to be with a publisher that has national distribution in print. We have learned in the past year that while E books are a growing industry, we do much better with our print, so that is what we are focusing on.
HH: What can readers look forward to from you in the future? S&A: The American Satyr Series coming this fall from TEB, the 4th book in the Eververse series Masquerade in Print in September, and a few more shorts for the Duvall Inc. Series.
HH: What are you doing this summer? S&A: Writing. A lot. We are both taking vacations, but even then its writing time. This October however, Audra is crossing the pond to come to the Authors After Dark Paranormal Weekend here in NY.
HH: Thank you!
