Silvia Violet again proves her skill at writing exotic erotic romance. In this first of a series we’re introduced to Serena and the wolf pack led by Derek. Like wolves everywhere, Derek is quite a man. He likes control, partly because he had so little before he was turned. Serena has tried to ignore her powers as a witch but now her country needs her skills to help them survive.

Ms. Violet puts the two together in lust, bonds them in a common goal and helps them find love. All the while fighting against the son of the Toulousian King who has a power box that may lead him to the secret of the new power source Albion scientists have developed. This book could stand alone as an erotic romance with a little suspense but it makes me even more curious about where this all will go.
