There wasn't anything that I did not like about this fun and steamy quick read. The lead couple had fantastic chemistry and an unbelievably genuine connection and I loved that I got to go along for the ride of their adventure. Evangaline is a heroine I could look up to, her take-no-prisoners-make-no-excuses attitude was something to admire. I've always loved my heroes to be alpha males and you can't get much more alpha than Ryker. I'm not sure how his lady was able to hold him at bay for so long, I'm pretty sure I couldn't have. The secondary characters were almost as well developed as the main couple and I enjoyed getting to meet so many enthralling creatures. The world created by this author were fantastic and I can't wait to read more. This was a roller coaster ride that I very much enjoyed and I'm sure I will reread it and have as much fun the second time around.
