Right before his boyfriend David unexpectedly dies, JT breaks up with him. He dies without knowing they were no longer officially a couple. When David returns from the dead to be with his love, things are definitely not as he remembers.

A very short story about friendship and love. JT and David are best friends in a romantic relationship when tragedy strikes. It's told from JT's point of view in a light-hearted manner given the subject matter. It's quirky humor takes the sting out of David's unfortunate demise. I also found it refreshing to read a young adult m/m story without all the emotional angst weighing it down. The pacing is good, the beginning grabbed my attention holding it to the very end. If you like sweet, simple stories that tease the imagination then you'll like this one. It was totally different from the books I normally read but the author's blurb had me intrigued. I enjoyed the read.
