Ms. Lee has worked very hard to make this remake of a tired story more fun. She’s added internet dating, an emerald necklace that acts as a mood ring, some voyeurism but it still remains a tale that has been told too many times and just isn’t fun anymore.

Kassidy comes across as being a couple marbles short of a full bag. Nick is much too aggressive in their office chat before the date. The sex is fun but Kassidy calls Jake Nick too many times without any response which makes me think it wasn't intentional. It just gets too confusing for everyone as Kassidy can’t make up her mind who she’s with or who she wants to be with.

Call me naïve but I’m not sure how many people would be turned on by watching their ex having sex with their wife or current lover in the same room. Ms. Lee has some great writing skills but I just don’t think her heart was into this storyline.
