But when Tess’ house goes up in flames, she moves into his house and is determined to teach him a lesson. Roman is attracted to Tess from the moment she first opened her door to greet him. That is until she starts complaining, harping, and arguing with him at every turn. All Roman wants is to finish the job and get away from Tess, that is until she moves into his house and he finds she has worked her way, sharp tongue and all, under his skin. Now, he just has to Tame Tess and make her see forever is with him. Roxi Romano has written a good story, that at times had me wanting to yell at Tess to wake up and see what she was doing, but at other times I found myself thinking, maybe they should go their separate ways. This is a well-written, humorous story that had me laughing out loud and I really enjoyed it as the sparks flew between these two lovable characters; I could not wait to see what they would get into next as I flew through the pages.
