| A woman finds a loving Master in a unique way in this compilation of three tales.
Interlude, Madeline Oh’s contribution, has Alexandra Carpenter traveling to Wales to housesit for her Aunt and escape a mediocre love life. There she meets Dai Hughes, her aunt’s lawyer. The author uses humor and fantasy to draw out the tale until the couple actually gets together for a night of real passion. Dominique Adair gives us The Cajun, a story set in the midst of a tropical storm battering Louisiana. More fantasy and fun keep this book flowing and kept me smiling. Rachel and Etienne were secretly attracted to each other in high school. A helpful alligator in the midst of the storm points them in the right direction to rediscover one another years later in a new way. Giacomo has been trapped in Dante’s world doing penance for killing a man in a fit of anger. When Samantha finds a book about domination and submission she unwittingly frees him. He must be her Master and find a way to bring her to ultimate pleasure if he wants to win back his life in Jennifer Dunne’s Life Sentence. These stories are set in widely diverse places with a common theme involving the pleasure the couples find using bondage and domination/submission. Each character is lovingly crafted by the authors. Wit, dialogue and artistic use of words to paint the scenes are common threads throughout all to make this an excellent collection.
