Sullivan Vance is a Texas rancher through and through. Growing up with Luke was the best time in his life. But when Luke suddenly left seven years ago, he was stunned. So he waited. When Luke appears in his life again after seven long lonely years, he decides to take what he wants this time. He has waited for Luke’s return and is determined to hold onto him this time, no matter what. This was an interesting tale of how fear can truly rule a person’s life. The author has done a good job making me feel the love and fear, the insecurity and longing of these two characters. I only wish they had a little more depth. Overall this was a good story, with lots of man love and I enjoyed going along with him as Luke tries to overcome his fear in the hopes of truly having it all.
