|Nurse Mark Smith meets doctor Trevor Hayes while on shift at the hospital. For Trevor, it's akin to love at first sight. Mark is very cautious about starting another relationship. His last one ended badly after his boyfriend cheated on him, Trevor won't give up and uses what he hopes is the right amount of persuasion to get his man. When a near tragedy threatens the tenuous
romance, Mark makes a decision that changes their lives for the better.
This is a simple story about whether to trust your heart to another after being badly hurt in a previous relationship. Trevor really likes but Mark has no interest in dating or anything closely related. When Trevor starts working at the hospital Mark finds it hard to fight the attraction. From this point on, the story moves along at a easy pace although the bouncy point of view is at work again. It's really distracting to have to follow the bouncing ball from page to page. The main characters are likeable and fit well together, in and out of the bedroom. Overall, it was a pretty good read, nothing too fancy or overly serious. The ending rang true to the rest of the book.
