Lucinda 'Lucky' Simon is totally inhibited sexually. Seems her promiscuous mother, her sister who'll be a grandmother at thirty-five and her pregnant eighteen year old namesake niece might have had something to do with her fear of sex. She finds a four leaf clover one day and can't help wishing for a real man to love her, faults and all. Be careful what you wish for? In this case Aidan is all she could ever hope for.

Karen Erickson writes a tale that could fit any single woman's fantasy. And, ahem, I say single just to be nice. Who wouldn't want to find a total stud wanting nothing more than to please you? This is a lot of fun when Lucky wakes up to find her dream man dressed in a Leprechaun suit sleeping in her living room. She doesn't know whether to run or get naked in bed with the stranger. Coward that she is, she runs to the coffee shop where she knows she will get support from her best friend Miranda. Ha! The dialogue is a hoot throughout the story.

Ms. Erikson knows how to weave a tale realistically and get the characters' peronalities to flow. Whether it's to help Lucky over her doubt and fears or some reason of her own, Miranda turns her charm toward Aidan. Doesn't take long for Lucky to realize she doesn't want to lose him when her jealousy glows greener than his Leprechaun suit. She makes a wise choice and decides going home with him is a better idea than leaving him to Miranda.

This book is really a great entertainment for St. Patrick's Day or any old day!
