| Clothier's (Til) DuBarry perfected her chocolate flavored blood aphrodisiac for vampires and moved her large operation to Rookery Cove, located on an island in the Bermuda Triangle. At the
same time,
she had one final bitter fight with her lover, Dominic (Dom) Ford and they broke up completely. Dom wanted to use the artificial blood that they developed together in order to make GarGuard-which vaccinates vampires from garlic. Unfortunately, product tampering starts to kill vampires using Petits S'Mores and the crisis reunites Dom and Til as they battle the murderer.
Ms. Ballou continues the wonderful Rookery Cove series. As with other books and authors in this series, Petits S'Mores is an exciting and graphically sexual story. Clothilde and Dominic are perfectly described and their characters come to life. Til, an heiress, wants to prove that she can help the vampire community's sexual lives and develop a successful business. Wanting much the same, Dom is a poor man who wants to help protect the safety of vampires by making them immune to garlic. Dominic is desperate for them to reconcile, but the issue of vampire safety is foremost. Dom is unwilling to have completely fulfilling sex with Til until they have worked out their issues, but the sexual encounters that they do have are exceedingly arousing. I kept stopping to reread! This book flows seamlessly, and I simply LOVED it! Petits S'Mores is another winner from Mardi Ballou!
