Emma Collingwood has written a story of a vengeful ghost, a cursed ship, and a very courageous officer. Even though I wish that the love story had been more detailed and that I could have enjoyed going along with Daniel and John as they fell in love, I truly enjoyed the book. It was both exciting and a bit mysterious with its ghostly happenings and sudden deaths and I look forward to reading more of this intriguing series.
