Ridge is shocked to have his business partner accuse Morgan of theft, and can not help but wonder if he has been set up. Between a Ridge and a Hard Place is a wonderful book that had me hooked from the first page. Morgan and Ridge are charming characters that the reader will love. Ms. McKenna has created an unforgettable tale of love as the two give in to the passion that each has kept hidden for so long. The sexual chemistry between Ridge and Morgan is explosive as the two reveal their emotional needs. I enjoyed how Morgan made the attempt to change her appearance to get Ridge's attention but in the end had to be true to herself. While the true culprit behind the business sabotage is easy to discover, this is a truly great book.
