| Jenni's buddies Chris, Adam, and Jake have decided she needs to take a walk of the wild side and find herself a man. They love her dearly and enjoy their Friday night get togethers but these gay guys aren't what sweet Jenni needs in the romance department. And a man who will love her is what she needs.
They devise a plan. Jake has been designated to pick up a straight guy for Jenni but he screws this up and falls for Cole himself. Adam and Chris have their own issues and if they can stop snarling at each other long enough they too will embark on another side to their relationship. Shy Jenni herself has an admirer that sends her interesting and often tantalizing emails but she can't get past the "what if" factor. If sex can make a mess out of life, things could get really interesting for these friends. Never Never Land is a novel of friendship, commitment, social issues, and love. The author has done a wonderful job of delivering a riveting read with a solid plot and characters that struggle with an emotional and physical intensity that seem to leap off the pages. You will feel every deep emotional pull in the lives of these four friends as they deal with real, believable social and relationship issues. The sex scenes are sometimes explosive and dark yet sometimes romantic and funny. By the end of the novel, the journey Chris, Adam, Jake, and Jenni have taken will shape the decisions each has to make. This is a compelling tale that will leave the reader thinking long after the final page is turned.
