Autumn Maguire was supposed to have a wonderful time with her fiancé; instead he gives her the heave-ho, so she uses the Paris tickets and does some exploration alone. When she answers an ad for an artist’s model, she is spellbound by the studio and a red cloak. In no time she is in the year 1889 and meeting the sexy, suave Paul Borquet. Autumn soon learns this is not just any ordinary experience, where she finds love and immediate sorrow after landing in a rotten jail. Mistaken for a prostitute, Autumn has no idea how she will get out of the situation. One minute she was in the present and now she is in the middle of worse conditions she wouldn’t wish upon anyone. She must get word to Paul but someone else believes Autumn stands in the way when another wishes him. Painting was the most important love in his life until he met Autumn. Now Paul will do everything to have her back, no matter who stands in the way.

Naughty Paris is a read that I will not soon forget. Autumn certainly left a grand impression on me the way she deals with the past and the present. There were times I actually felt her pain, sorrow and increased joy. I love the touch of magic instilled in this great read. The passion between Autumn and Paul is steamy and passionate. I enjoyed how Jina Bacarr tells the story and creates an ambiance making me feel right in the center of things. I thought the way she incorporates the past and the present, with some time travel and erotic love scenes, was told well. The way she described the scenes with the other women in jail, kept me spellbound in this intriguing read.
