Willow Cayton is no longer the nerdy girl she was at the university ten years ago. She's lost weight and upped her fashion IQ. If only she didn't feel the need to vomit when a handsome guy appears...

She manages ads for the local free press. Her family is rather unusual. Her hippie parents named her siblings Ash, Clay, Breeze (Bree), and Oceana (OC) after the elements. Her Uncle Edward's will left her his nose. It turns out he left something else as well - patent that might make her very rich.

Now Luke Fry, the man of her dreams since college, is on the scene. Luke appears to be madly in love with her -- just never on the weekends, And some things about his job and his money seem a little fishy. The sex is great, and Willow is so proud to be with this dream boat. Of course, he doesn't know about Willow's inheritance - or does he?

Callum, her brother Ash's new lover, seems like a gloomy computer geek but makes her laugh. He limps, the result of childhood cerebral palsy. And then he's not quite what she thought he was, either. And he forces her to face up to some uncomfortble truths.

This is very Bridget Jonesy and a lot of fun. We might not all get what we deserve, but Willow gets her revenge in this funny first person account of female growth and introspection. Truth, trust, rubber boots and an evil goat named Winnie make for engaging Chick Lit and a really fun read.
