Adrian Torres, together with Claire's Alpha Coyote boyfriend Lars Nilsson, is determined to find out who the members are and stop them. As an alpha wolf, Adrian believes in controlling his animalistic urges. After meeting Kiara, that control is threatened with the desire to make her his. But it's nothing compared to what he feels when Kiara who comes to mean so much to him is threatened by HLH.

Last Hope is fast paced, exhilarating, and a thrillingly entertaining book to read. Not forgetting it oozes sensuality, the love scenes between Kiara and Adrian are incendiary and exquisitely written. Adrian is an alpha wolf but when he loses his cool, he finds himself in a situation he's not sure he wants and with no choice in the matter. The banter between Adrian and Lars is hilarious and I found myself laughing on several occasions. Kiara hasn't had much luck with love in her life being an empath that can transfer and magnify feelings to anyone she touches. It pretty much destroyed her confidence. It was wonderful to see her regaining it in the arms of Adrian. All the characters brought a little something to the book to make this one special read.

This story is the first full-length novel by writing team Moira Rogers I've read. I enjoyed it so much I will definitely be rereading and wait with barely constrained patience for Book 2.
