| Mohan leases space in an upscale tattoo parlor for his tattoo shop. When it’s time to renew the hotel tells Mohan that unless he can find a way to get new business into the shop and increase revenue. Aaron an up and coming executive at the hotel who has hid his attraction to the sexy Mohan, when he is told that Mohan’s lease might not be renewed Aaron sets out to try and help Mohan in any way he can. Mohan is leery of Aaron’s help, he can’t deny their attraction but he refuses to be a dirty secret and knows that Aaron is deeply in the closet.
Inking Aaron is a satisfying little gem of a story. It manages to convey the depth of emotion that Mohan and Aaron are feeling and obstacles that each has to overcome to make a relationship. This is the first story that I’ve read by Cheryl Dragon and I enjoyed it immensely. While there wasn’t’ anything new in the plot line, Ms. Dragon managed to make it feel fresh and exciting. Mohan and Aaron were both a study in how past choices can begin to negatively affect future choices and prevent you from finding true happiness. The plot was well written and flowed smoothly; the sensual scenes were graphic and set the pages on fire. Watching the relationship between Mohan and Aaron develop and grow made for a very enjoyable read! I only wish that I had gotten to spend a little bit longer with them.
