Laine Malone had a history with unfaithful grooms—her sister married one. As a wedding planner, she refused to hide facts if any groom chose to be indiscrete. Her boss, however, just wanted the weddings to take place regardless of the circumstances. Most of her weddings were book at The Henley Hotel, managed by Jason Henley.

Jason had been devastated when he caught his fiancée with another man the night before their wedding. He felt very strongly that weddings should not be held just because they were planned. One of the things he admired about Laine was that she believed in being honest. Until one day, when he couldn’t believe what Laine kept quiet about....

Ms. Moira McTark has taken a plot, expanded on it and made a very good book out of it. It was entertaining and graphic—there was even a sex scene with a wedding cake. The two main characters were both previously hurt, attracted to each other, and after two years, finally ready to pursue each other. This author made the couple both vulnerable and strong-willed.

This book was brief, but packed a definite punch. It is one for those who like their sexual scenes steamy and frequent. It was not distasteful at all. I recommend it for a great pick-me-up on a hot afternoon or evening.
