Thief, also known as Robyn, was the sister of Lenny Banks, who was the chief of security for Rocket’s enterprises. Robyn had deserted the family years ago and Lenny knew she would leave again and take Rocket’s heart with her. She had shown up in Melbourne from her Air Force assignment as a test pilot for fighter jets. The fact that she did not contact her family did not surprise Lenny, but he was obviously concerned that she would hurt his friend and then once again disappear.

Rocket and Robyn had a sensual relationship with some spectacular sex! Neither could complain about their loving, but they both knew that she would not stay. When she left, he went after her. How many times would he have to face her leaving and why was she unable to commit to him? It was so incredible how the two seemed to be made for each other. Rose Middleton has again done an exceptional job writing this astonishing work. She has created characters who are easy to love and with which the reader can be comfortable. She keeps it interesting by allowing us to delve into the secrets of their pasts and the parts others play in their lives. The ending was definitely not what I expected!

I can guarantee that you will laugh and cry; I went through several tissues, but the book was sweetly written and one which I will not quickly forget. I wholeheartedly recommend that you read this success!
