It's the holiday season but the boys in the band have more on their mind than Santa and toys. Tyler sees Johnnie's adoration of children and can't help worrying he may eventually lose his lover because they can't have children together. For Darien it's missing Chris who's in Chicago working on a case with his ex lover. Luc and Reese are bothered by a costar of Luc's who doesn't seem to know how to take no for an answer. To top it all off Brent breaks his hand and the guitarist is told he can't play for at least a month.

Jet Mykles continues this series about the band Heaven Sent in a great way. The boys all have mates now and as we all know, maintaining a relationship is often much harder than just falling in love. Trying to build for the future with so many unknowns isn't easy for any of us. The boys hit roadblocks when they forget to talk and share their fears with their lovers.

I think it's great that Ms. Mykles is able to build four gay rock star couples and keep their lives traveling on the path so many of us do as we build relationships. They watch out for each other like a family when anyone is having a problem. When any of the lovers hit a low point or changes in any way his mate tries very hard not to let the sun set without prying the problem out of them. This is a great novel full of warmth, caring and some really hot eroticism.
