They say opposites attract and what could be more opposite than fire and ice. Meridia has a fiery and emotional personality that goes with her superheated body. Jonas has the coldly logical reputation that fits his iciness. The author’s creativity really shines in this short story and it is a true delight to read. It’s so great the way these two characters balance each other out. She warms not just his body but his heart and he soothes the fires that rage within her. And when they come together it’s definitely, well, steamy! This beautifully crafted story just begs for a sequel. And I can’t wait!
