An Elemental Tail

Shona Husk
Fantasy erotic romance
Available from The Wild Rose Press
May 2010

Neither Nik nor Isla are looking for a relationship, much less one with each other. Together, though, they will find out many things. The first of which is 'never judge a book by it's cover'.

This was the first time that I had read any of Ms. Husk's work. I liked the way it was written and the way the story flowed along. I also liked the internal conflict, the dialogue, and the way she portrayed her characters. The situations in which Isla and Nik found themselves were, to my mind, realistic, believable, entirely possible, and totally probable. I also strongly liked the sheer stubbornness of both Nik and Isla. It was as though they were both trying to convince, not just the other person, but themselves as well, that they did not need another person in their respective lives. Not only did I extremely like "An Elemental Tail", but I will be recommending it to everyone that I know that loves a bit of fantasy included within their romance. "An Elemental Tail" will be put permanently into my "to be read" mountain.
