Married for twenty-five years, Emily Hopkins dreams of a little excitement in her life. Her children have left home, her husband Bill works too hard and falls a sleep in his chair every evening, too tired to do much else. The Traveler Channel and the virtual images they project have become an obsession for her together with the sexual fantasies she has involving a younger man. She loves Bill but can't help yearning for more spice in her life. The weekend trip she wins seemed like a dream come true until she finds it's just for one. And that the desires and fantasies she wrote about are part of the weekend. Guilt wars with the excitement at having her inner most fantasies come true.

Dream Traveler is a very enjoyable erotic story. It's a story of two people that have been married a long time, their children have left home, and it's just the two of them. Bill worries he's losing his wife. Emily just wants more from Bill, her fantasies an outlet for her sexual frustration. This isn't a story of infidelity but one of discovery, of a couple that need to add some zest into their married life. Adele introduces some clever, sneaky twists that I didn't expect at all, which had me smiling often. But one of the things that impressed me the most about Adele's writing, and this is the third book I've read by her, is that she creates love stories that are filled with warmth, love and romance, and refrains from using some of the harsher language often found in erotic romance stories. A first class reading experience for those that want a lot of romance with erotic love scenes.
