Ms. Fiesty gives readers another look into the world of bondage and dominance with this fast-paced read. After reading Bound to Please, Ms. Fiesty’s first book in this series, I was not anxiously awaiting Ash Hunter’s book as she did a very good job of portraying him as the typical starving artist. However, from the very first page of this book, the reader quickly discovers that Ash is anything but the typical starving artist. Ash and Joy’s characters have an astounding depth to them. Despite the daunting secrets they each carry, their relationship continues to change and develop as the story goes on. At times, I felt that Joy was a little too worked up about her secret, but it fit her character well and made the story move quickly. The sexual chemistry between them is through the roof and is sure to singe the reader’s fingers. Once again, Ms. Fiesty introduces the reader to the world of BDSM without taking the reader so far into that world that they may become uncomfortable with reading about it. I found myself greatly enjoying this story. There is loads of romance, a touch of bondage, lots of intense hot sex, phenomenal characters and an interesting side story.
