| This book is a collection of 51 erotic poems. They cover a whole range of feelings and experiences. They also trigger feelings beyond lust, sex, passion, sexual hunger. There is also an element of humor and some sadness. The poems Another Night in L.A. and Hollywood Eulogy were very reflective of contemporary life in Southern California. Stars Over The Mississippi made me feel I was back in New Orleans. Domination, submission and fetish were also addressed. Ms. Blackmore has a great skill in conveying many, many feelings with a minimum of words. I doubt that the book could be understood by anyone who has never experienced passion in their life. I enjoyed it very much. Ms. Blackmore is a very good observer of human nature and it is intensely reflected in her erotic poetry. I recommend this book to anyone looking for an unusual thought-provoking collection of erotic poetry.
