Bound by Destiny is a sweet love story that will capture your heart with the characters of Kat and Jacob. A sweet love story of two people caught up in their lives who finally meet and have a chance at love. I enjoyed the way Ms. Mennen made Kat and Jacob friends first and how she incorporated the family into the story line. The character of Jake’s small son was well blended into the story making it an excellent book that I did not want to put down. I also liked the advice that Kat’s father gave Jake about the challenges of marriage.

Ms. Mennen’s style of writing has a way of allowing the reader to see into the heart of the characters. She brings much talent to pen and paper. This story is a page-turner. It might have you believing in magic. I look forward to reading more of her works. She is a talented writer and has done a fabulous job of creating such a heart-warming story.
