|The last thing Olivia Brent wants to do is interview for the job she's rushing to. But she feels she has no choice if she wants to find her estranged father so she doesn't lose the house she and her younger brother grew up in.
Billionaire Luc Severino is looking for the man that sent him to jail many years ago, and when the daughter of that man comes looking for a job at the club he's ventured into, he thinks he can blackmail her into helping him find her father.
From the first page this book draws you into the intriguing plot of how the hero wants revenge on the man that sent him to prison when he was eighteen and how he'll blackmail the very man's daughter to get his wish. The dialogue between the hero and heroine was great in showing both the domineering personality of Luc and the vulnerability of the heroine. It also showed how much they needed each other if they were to both get what they wanted in the end -- a shot at finding Olivia's father. The sex scenes were hot, and illustrated how much chemistry these two characters had together even though Luc didn't want to get involved with the heroine at first. Yet in the end, he figured seduction was the only way to get her to help him find her father. What I liked so much about Olivia was that she was willing to do anything to find her father, even something that wasn't the norm for her. While with Luc, I liked that once he realized blackmailing Olivia to help with his plans wasn't going to work for him that he planned to seduce her instead.
Overall, this author has done a fantastic job crafting this fabulous novel and I can't wait to read more of their work in the future.
