Mia Johansson had worked for Madame Monique's dry cleaning business for four years. Her boss, an unlikeable, vain woman, was named Monica Weston. Her favourite hobby was, apparently, destroying Mia's self confidence. Mia had class, but no money. She was working and trying to get her education in art. She had come from Sweden with her parents blessing. Her dream was to open her own art gallery. Her latest dream was to attend the charity ball in her boss's place. All she needed was a dress to wear.

Trent Mavers was instantly drawn to the beautifully dressed Scandinavian who appeared to be alone. As he approached her and started a conversation, he was surprised at her knowledge of art. She talked him into purchasing a painting that she was confident would be worth much more than he would have to pay. She went back to his place to see his artwork and, you know how that would turn out, right? She left while he slept the next morning without saying goodbye. Fortunately for Trent, he knew the designer of the dress she had worn and she had taken it in to be mended.

Ms. Jan Bowles has, once again, excelled in her writing. This book was one of her best so far. Her characters were crisp, had unique personality traits and intensely arousing passion for living. The secondary cast members were as well developed and certainly added to the storyline. However, the main couple captivated my imagination. The art factor was powerfully captivating.

The sexuality was passionate. The exciting sensuality was captivating. Bowles told her story with explicitly but not raunchiness. She has a way of writing sizzling scenes and captures attention with her absorbing storylines. This was definitely no exception. Her ability to write unforgettable manuscripts with dynamic plots is again proven in this latest book.

I loved this book and cannot wait to read her next. This is a page-turner and will capture your attention from the beginning. I wholeheartedly recommend this book for those over the "age."
