| Kelly Stewart walked into the hotel for the American Wrestling Enterprises party alone. It had been twelve years since she was Director of Publicity. Now she was an English professor at a university in Maine. She hoped that she would see someone she knew and that she would be recognized. The first person she saw was her former assistant, now replacement, Sarah. The contact made her feel like she was still important to the group.
Halfway across the room, Kelly heard a laugh that she recognized. It was “Rabid” Randy Muldoon, her great friend while she worked for AWE. He insisted that she sit with him and catch up on what had been going on. He told her about his five children and his ex-wife. She told him about her divorce from her professor husband, Nick. Ms. Ellen Addie did a great job of creating this reunion between two people who, as great friends, both felt a sensual pull of which they neither acted upon. This plot is well thought out and executed. The storyline, including minor input from other people, was basically between the two main characters. The sexual magnet seemed to be stronger than ever and her story about their night together was amazingly scorching. I recommend this book to anyone who likes a hot, sexy couple in a short, to-the-point action. It is a great read which will be enjoyed by many.
