About Kassanna
Kassanna is a strong believer in love at first sight and happily ever afters. After meeting her husband in November and marrying him three months later in February the two have survived and mostly enjoyed every adventure life has thrown their way. Ten years, two children, a couple of dogs and a wild turkey that came out the woods and somehow adopted them -- later -- the adventure continues.
Writing has always been her passion but fate sometimes has other roads that must first be taken . Navigating the road less traveled was not only unexpected but in the end extremely rewarding. Her books are mainly contemporary romance but she has delved into the paranormal and plans on expanding into other areas as the ideas come to her. Right now she is enjoying life and seeing her work come into fruition make it that much more pleasurable especially when her books make others smile. Kassanna wouldn’t have it any other way.

An Interview with Kassanna

HH: Kassanna , thank you for talking with us at TRS. Your featured book is Tell Me, Touch Me, Feel Me. Where did the idea for this sizzling, emotionally-charged story originate?
K: Thank you for having me. This is actually the third book in my Club Lexx series. The series revolves around the club owner, John, and his brothers. Tell Me, Touch Me, Feel Me focuses on the baby boy of the family, Luther. The plot actually came from a phenomenon happening in some night clubs in the South Florida area. After a family member took me to see the event I thought what if?
HH: What can you tell us about Tanya and why will readers relate to her?
K: She didn't have the easiest of beginnings. Tanya is making do with what she has (including talents) the best way she can. She learned at an early age how to handle herself and uses that knowledge to her advantage.
HH: What can you tell us about Luther and why will readers love him?
K: Luther has recently gotten out of the Marines and he really has a big heart. He grew up with four alpha males so he tends to be a mediator. Don't get him wrong though, he is all male and if his back is against the wall he will fight first and ask questions later.
HH: What makes this story stand out in a sea of erotic romances?
K: Although there is nothing new in their circumstances. How Tanya and Luther dealt with everything I found a little intriguing. I really enjoyed the idea of her running from him when all he wanted to do was get more serious. I guess turn about is fair play.
HH: How did you go about creating the world where their story takes place?
K: I sat down one morning and thought, what would make the perfect night club. I guess I'm lucky others thought my club was rocking. Since that moment I have built each book from there. Like all clubs, they have parties, private events. There is also that high level of maintenance that must be done on a daily basis. Club Lexx is my characters home away from home and they treat it as such.
HH: What else do you have in store for lucky readers?
K: I have a book being released in November titled A Pussy, A Pirate and Poachers. It's a shifters story. Right now I'm working on Club Lexx Book 4, It doesn't have a title yet. I have a Christmas story I recently completed. I'm finishing up the 2nd book in my paranormal series, The Council of Conjurers and Brethren. And I started a new work in progress about cowboys.
HH: Where can readers find all of your works?
K: I can be found on all my publishers sites. Evernight Publishing, Passion in Print Press, Decadent Publishing as well as ARe and Amazon. I am also on Barnes and Noble, Bookstrand and Smashwords.
HH: What would we find in your to-be-read pile?
K: I love books by Lora Leigh and Carolyn Jewel. I have Stephanie Morris in my pile as well as Delilah Hunt and recently I discover Sonia Hightower. I have more book then have time to read. I'll never be bored, isn't that fabulous!
HH: What other in person or online appearances will you be making this year?
K: I'm not sure yet. I'm always around on Facebook and sometimes on Twitter. I do blog hops and TRS Parties all the time. I try to make myself easily accessible. I enjoy talking to readers and other authors.
HH: When you're not reading or promoting you like to?
K: I love to hang out with my family, garden, cook and read. if I can fit all those things into one day then I had a absolutely awesome day.
