- Ebooks/electronic files and Audio books/mp3's you win are intended for your use only. Permission is only given for YOU to read these files. You do NOT have permission to foward them to friends or post to file sharing sites.
- Books are donated only in the formats posted here. If you enter and win an ebook, we can only give you that ebook - not print. If you enter and win an audio book, we can only give you that audio book not the ebook. So don't ask.
- Any unclaimed prizes will be reassigned after two weeks. No exceptions.
- A number of authors have let us know that folks are entering the giveaway saying it's okay to add them to the author's mailing list and later protesting this add or denying they made this selection. Please don't do this. We keep the entrant lists each day and can prove what was selected. Also, it doesn't necessarily improve your odds of winning to give permission to add you to a mailing list. Entrants who repeatedly elect to be added to a mailing list only to protest or deny it may be suspended indefinitely from the giveaway.
- Entries with invalid email addresses will be disqualified.
- Only one entry per email address allowed.
